1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the FateWeave application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QTC Central Europe Kft. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The App is distributed through the Apple App Store; Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the App or its content.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App, consistent with its App Store age rating. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the App with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE
FateWeave is an entertainment application that provides AI-generated palm readings and personal guidance based on user-submitted palm images, astrological sign selections, birth year, and a randomly generated tarot number. The analysis covers life situations including general outlook, career, love, health, finances, family, spirituality, friendships, travel, and decision-making.
All content generated by the App is produced by an artificial intelligence system. It is provided solely for entertainment and self-reflection purposes.
FateWeave is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other professional advice. The Company makes no claim that any reading is accurate, predictive, or scientifically valid.
4. ACCOUNT AND USER IDENTIFIER
The App does not require account registration. A unique anonymous user identifier is generated automatically on first launch and stored securely in the device Keychain. This identifier is used to synchronize your subscription status and daily usage limits with our servers. It is not linked to your name, email address, or Apple ID.
5. SUBSCRIPTIONS
The App offers the following subscription tiers, available through Apple In-App Purchase:
Awakening — 1 AI analysis per day
Constant Star — 3 AI analyses per day, plus access to Reading History and Statistics
Master Path — 5 AI analyses per day, plus Reading History, Statistics, and Prophet Coach feature
Subscription pricing is set in App Store Connect and varies by region. The current price for your region is displayed in the App and in the App Store prior to purchase. All payments are processed exclusively by Apple.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when a subscription purchase is made.
6. CONSUMABLE PURCHASES
In addition to subscriptions, the App offers single-use AI analyses (“Explorer”) as consumable in-app purchases. Consumables are non-refundable once used and do not expire. Unused consumable credits remain available on your device and are tracked server-side against your anonymous user ID. Consumables are not transferable between devices or accounts.
When your daily subscription analysis limit is reached, the App may automatically offer or apply a consumable credit if available in your balance.
7. RESTORE PURCHASES
If you reinstall the App or change devices, you may restore your active subscription by using the “Restore Purchases” function available within the App.
Consumable balances are restored from server records associated with your anonymous user identifier.
8. REFUND POLICY
All purchases, including subscriptions and consumable credits, are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. The Company has no ability to issue refunds directly.
9. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
To provide the service, the App collects and processes the following data:
Palm images: Photographs of your left and right palm, captured via the device camera. Images are resized, encoded, and transmitted to our AI processing endpoint (https://fateweave.app) over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Images are stored temporarily on your device and are not retained on our servers after the analysis is complete.
Astrological and personal data: Your sun sign, moon sign, ascendant sign, and birth year. These are stored locally on your device using Apple’s standard data storage (UserDefaults and AppStorage).
Reading history: The text of AI-generated analyses, your feedback (positive/neutral/negative), and prediction outcome ratings are stored locally on your device.
This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly take an action to share it.
Usage data: Your daily analysis count and consumable credit balance are synchronized with our servers to enforce subscription limits and maintain accurate credit balances across sessions.
Anonymous identifier: A UUID stored in the device Keychain, used solely for subscription and usage tracking. It is not used for advertising or analytics.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use or share palm images or personal astrological data beyond what is necessary to generate the AI analysis you requested.
10. THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING
AI-generated readings are produced via a third-party AI model accessed through our backend proxy. By submitting your palm images and personal data for analysis, you consent to this data being transmitted to our backend and processed by the AI model. The AI model does not store your data after the response is generated.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. The Company is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated readings.
11. CAMERA ACCESS
The App requires access to your device camera to capture palm images. Camera access is used solely for this purpose and only when you initiate an analysis. The App does not access the camera in the background.
12. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS
The App may request permission to send push notifications. This is optional. You may manage or revoke notification permissions at any time through your device settings.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the App — including but not limited to design, graphics, text, user interface elements, and software — is the intellectual property of QTC Central Europe Kft. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
AI-generated reading texts are provided to you for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize AI-generated content produced by the App without our prior written consent.
14. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You agree not to:
— Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
— Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend systems
— Use automated tools to scrape, abuse, or overload the App’s services
— Attempt to bypass subscription limits, consumable tracking, or any other access control mechanisms
— Submit content through the App that violates applicable law or third-party rights
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated readings will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
Fortune-telling, palm reading, and related divination practices are for entertainment only. Any resemblance between AI-generated predictions and actual events is coincidental. The Company expressly disclaims any liability arising from reliance on App content.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QTC Central Europe Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App or its in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.
17. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Szombathely, Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or the App Store listing. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
19. TERMINATION
The Company may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions are not refunded upon termination for cause.
20. APPLE-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
These Terms are between you and QTC Central Europe Kft., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance, support, warranty, or other services in relation to the App. In the event of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights, QTC Central Europe Kft., not Apple, is solely responsible for investigation and resolution of such claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
